    Hi,

    Has anyone used this supplement before and if so would you recommend it. I know its quite expensive but its packed with I think 56 grams of protein

    however at €4.50 a serving I think it is so over priced for what it is that it's not even funny. If I was going for something like that I would get a good quality mass builder and protein and mix the 2 to get something similar. However I wouldn't even do that at a cheap price.

    Why do you think you need it just as a matter of interest
