    Looks like you have most of the bases covered there!
    I usually do a cous cous salad too - really cheap and it goes a long way.
    Or the Avoca broccoli, tomato, feta & hazelnut salad is also a good one - not as budget consious as the others though.

    I'd nearly skip the crackers + cream cheese & toppings/smoked salmon on bread. They'll take up a lot of space and they are time-intensive. Unless, that is, you have loads of platters and helper monkeys!

    tbh, cold sausages and cold sausage rolls are savage. some piecesof chicken do well cold too.
