Puncture repair in Dublin, at night?

    The spare is flat too. Was gonna get a lift off someone to get this sorted tonight.

    Rang up the AA and they gave me details for a crowd called Dial-A-Tyre. Waiting on a call back now ... apparently they're a mobile unit that comes out and fixes on the spot.

    We'll see :)

    They were here within an hour of the call. They were gone 20 mins later with the 2 flat tyres fixed. One put back on the car and the other back in the boot - the guy even put the carpet back over the one in the boot and made sure it was done correctly.

    €90 for 2 tyres is expensive based on the walk-in price but for the conveinence and time frame it was great value for me!

    I'd recommend them if anyone is reading this thread and cares :)

    I always carry a compressor and have never had to put on a spare since I started doing so. Most punctures are 'slow'.
