    Okay started back at the gym on Monday gone and wanted to post up my work outs to keep on track.

    Monday 19/11/07
    20 mins of cross trainer (fat burn workout) Was pretty hard getting back into it.
    15 mins lifting weights ( only light weights im just starting back)
    10 mins on tread mill

    10 mins treadmill ( warm up)

    20 mins weights ( when i get my assessment i will know the names of the machine's, mainley focused on weights for arms, chest.

    then 20 mins on Step machine

    and 10 mins on cross trainer.

    (Fat burn workout)

    20 mins on Step machine (also Fat burn)

    Didn't do weights as i still sore.

    10 mins warm up on Treadmill.

    5 x 4 reps 3k (Dumbells)

    5 body squats 6k

    5 x 4 chest weight

    5 x 4 pull down (sorry i dont know the name's)

    15 mins on Treadmill

    20 mins on Step machine ( fat burn)
