Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone know if voicemail can be retrieved. I received a voicemail on my phone which i needed to keep. It has vanished. Is there anyway I can get it back

how do you mean it has vanished? if you call into your voicemail does it say you have no messages? voicemails are deleted after a certain amount of time unless you specifically save them and there is no way to get them back. i believe they're deleted after 7 days

I don't think any operator allows you to "save" messages indefinitly either. Best option (for future reference I guess) is to use the record function on your phone to save the voicemail while listening to it.

You could chance your arm and ring the operator and see if they can restore them but I fear the phone call will be short.
