Can you PING on the 3 mobile BB network?

I can't nor TRACERT for that matter and I've made too many calls to 3 to find out why and they keep saying we'll get back to you but surprise surprise they don't. They say it should work fine but all I can ping without timeouts is localhost.

I never used 3 BB so I don't know. Is it possible your firewall is blocking them?

Its really at the discretion of the service provider whether or not they will allow icmp traffic. Tracerting most hosts will give you non responsives eventually.
