The announcement is a problem as it will just over ride the previous announcement and each subsequent announcement will over that, it will not get you the exposure you want.

A better solution is to do up a 468*60 Gif, jpg or png banner - we will give over some of our Ad-banner inventory to this. I can put the banner in the banner rotation and point it at the thread.

Alternatively you may give me some text for a text ad - like a google advert.
