Midi Keyboard Controller

Hi guys,

Can anyone recommend a good midi keyboard controller?

I don't need anything too flash cos it's just a hobby but I am after a good quality device.

I mainly want to use it with Propellerhead Reason, for making bass-lines, short melodies and the like. Space is a bit of an issue so I'm looking towards a (semi)weighted 25 key layout.

Any tips or buying advice will be greatly appreciated.

I've got one of these.. and find it excellent. Edirol PCR300. Its built by Roland, similar relationship to that of Fender/Squire.

Its got pads / pots / assignable buttons / sliders AND a crossfader!

Good solid build - Brilliant VFM.

ICN: was just looking at the PCR300 yesterday, looks like a nice solid piece of kit.

I'm in two minds now. Decisions, decisions............

I'm gonna have to make the space for a few more octives, me thinks. It's gonna be either the PCR300 or Axiom 49.
