I've just done the Shields Up test on grc.com and it's informed me that I have reverse DNS. I could swear the last time I did this test I had no reverse DNS. I'm behind a Netopia 2247 router and Comodo v3. Any ideas how to turn it off?

    You can't
It's something the ISP is doing.

    It's not really an issue.

reverse dns should be left on for security and also some mail servers wont accept mail if reverse dns is off as they see this as blocking them identifying were the mail is coming from

I can't think of any security-related reason for having a pointer record (i.e. 'leaving reverse dns on') for a gateway
