Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi everyone,
    I posted this inadvertantly on the Halo forum, but I think its better suited for here.

    I have a few friends coming over for the day and we're going to play some team games on Halo 3. Our team vs random stangers.

    The problem is, I can't seem to find out how to let them join my game. I go to Xbox Live, and I can see my profile. Then I turn on the extra controllers and you can see "Join". Now when I press A on the other controller, it asks if I want to sign in a profile. If I say "yes" and select someone , it says that this player is not allowed on Live, and if I say "no" it does nothing.

    This is happening on both ranked and social playlists!

    I must be missing something really obvious, but cannot seem to find it!

    All help appreciated!

    When you are selecting the profile from them to play under, don't select one of the other gamer profiles stored on your console, you've to select the one called "your gamertag" guest. e.g. for me it is displayed as Alkers Guest.
    Should sort you out.
