3g usb crashing my pc

lo i recently got a new pc, however, everytime i plug in the 3b usb dongle, the pc crashes to the bios boot up screen and stays there untill i unplug it then the pc boots up again. but the 3g ubs works on my laptop and i've now problems with any other usb devices i plug in to the computer. Any ideas?
