Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I really want a 360 waiting for me once I finish my exams but I have one problem, my TV isn't great. It's not certainly not HD and I'm not even sure if it'd run 60w (had an even worse TV for my PS2) so I wanted to know what the story is with a 360 and normal TV's. don't want to be spending 1,100 to get one of these going :(

Aslong as the tv can take scart connections you should do fine..?

most tv's in the last 10-15 years should have 60hz and should be fine...my old tv was very old but it still played 60hz games

Not that many games even use 60hz

It'll work fine and you'll enjoy it but don't plug it into a HD TV until you own one. Once you see it on HD your TV won't ever be the same again.

As an example I bought mine last Christmas. Everything was great. The text in some games was tiny though and some games have small icons which meant I'd have to hop off the chair to move closer to the TV to read what they did. Once I got a HD TV around May I've never needed to hop of the couch again.
