    Folks,

is there anywhere in the City that has started selling real Xmas trees yet?
Long story, but I need to buy one this week.

I know they used to sell them near the An Post/Docklands Dopot on the Dock Road, beside Raheen Church and near Briarfield opposite Superquinn in Castletroy, but I haven't seen them out yet.

Does Coillte sell them or is there a Christmas Tree Farm anywhere locally?

    Thanks,
    MtM

I got one in Cratloe today - 6ft one for €40 and a good selection too, open tomorrow as well. They also have a tree stand for €30, didn't get one but it seems to be able to hold water - might help prevent pine shedding.

Have you checked the guys selling trees on the side of the Ennis Rd. between Ivan's shop and Dunnes Stores?

    John.

All trees on St. Johns square were going for €35. I got one approx 7.5ft and it's lovely. The lads there were really helpful in getting it into the car.

    9 years later.

Would assume if someone was looking for one now , they would start a new thread and not wait for a 9 year old thread to suddenly come back to life.
