Anyone here going up for this one?
Will prob be best parking on the south side of the avenue early I take it?

As regards times, still recovering from marathon so not trained over 5 miles since, so restricted to going hard at it like I wanted to as this will be the first stage of building on the base of slow miles I have in the bank.
22 mins or there abouts would do me at this stage.

Will probably give it a shot - bit slow at the moment though. Did a 5 mile race a few weeks ago and it was my slowest ever at 36.55! I blame the dark cold evenings!!;)

I too would be happy with a 21-22 minute run out!
Has anyone done this one before? Does it get a good turn out?
