Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Im sick of clothes looking tatty hung up with wire hangers.
Does anyone know of anywhere I could buy wooden hangers in Ireland???
There are plenty of shops online selling in America but Id prefer a little closer to home to save on import duty.

    Thanks

I've seen them in Tommys wonderland of value, or whatever they're called, in Blanchardstown Centre.

I got 20 in Penneys for only €8 but I think they only have them every now and again. You should be able to get them in Dunnes and Heatons too.

While we have a thread on hangers, does anyone know if it's possible to buy wider than normal clothes hangers?

The wooden hangers in Penney's are not only cheaper than Dunnes and Argos, they're better quality too.

I went a bit mad on wooden hangers when I moved into my new house, but didn't realise how much room they took up in the wardrobe  as I like to have only one item per hanger, I now have a mix of wooden ones and the decent ones from shops. I can't stand wire hangers

Might be worth a shot going to B+Q or somewhere like that.

Pennys has specials now and again which depends on the individual stores but they do €2.50 for 5 hangers - great quality!
