Using a mail server with ICE Broadband

    I’m running a mail server on my pc and cannot send to external email address from it (Hotmail, Gmail etc) I was just wondering if Ice Broadband requires authentication to mail out when using PHP?

    I sent a mail to Ice Broadband last week and SURPRISE SURPRISE no answer!!

    set it up to forward everything to a single SMTP host as if it was an email client.

    At the moment I'm using Mercury Mail (part of the Xampp package) and I can only send mail to root@localhost or mail@localhost. These are the users i've setup within mercury mail
