Ranking system unlock glitch

On the Ps3, I was Sergeant (LV23 or something) but when I got promoted it said I had unlocked the G3 but I'm on Lv29 and it still isn't unlocked (same for some other weapons since then). When it shows my current rank the progress xp bar is off the screen. Has this happen to anyone else?

I have no problems so far. Mabye you should email infinity ward mabye they can fix it:D
