Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I was wondering if anyone knew what the conditions are for an upgrade on O2 as my Dad is looking to get a new phone, I got his upgrade last November, and the site says that he is not eligible for an upgrade even though he spents almost 250 a month on calls

If he spends €250 a month on calls it might be worth his while giving them a call to see. The last time I asked it was €1000 over 6 months to get a Gold upgrade or you get a Silver upgrade after 18 months.

Ring them up and they'll be able to see what the total spend is etc on the account.

Its done over a 12 month spend or 18 months if you dont have the spend, €800 in 12 months gets you a gold, last years upgrade could still be on there system id get your dad to ring them and if his bills are that high he should get a tariff review 2...
