Hello, on me way to work around 11.30 AM i noticed a helicopter hovering low and slowly over Cork City Center on Sunday morning the 25th of November (2007). It had 2 tentacles on both sides. It appeared as if it was monitoring something or maybe even beaming signals ... Has anyone also noticed this phenomenon? Has anyone out there a explanation?

I got a photo of it. It's owned by a company called PDG Helicopters.

I presume it was doing some sort of survey, but don't know what.

Could be something similar to the Helicopters they fly over cities in Holland with heat cameras to find illegal gaffs growing weed
