Dirty Potato Chips - The best crisps around, they are kettle cooked in peanut butter oil, found them in Germany years ago but haven't come across them in Ireland

Know this was asked months ago... butttt the shop on Westmoreland St with the Subway in it sells Nik Naks!! So does the Spar in Santry.

I recommend the Tayto Bistro cheese and onion. Very tasty if a little on the expensive side.

Now my absolute favourites are Walkers Prawn Cocktail. Feckin amaaaazing crisps.

Anyone remember Perri Thunder Crunch - prob going back to around 1990 here ? They were a crinkle crisp and only came in large packets at least the size of the current large packets of hunky dorey's. Absolutely delicous in salt n vinegar. They also did a non crinkle crisp that came in large packets but they were only about half the size of the thunder crunch ones. Defo my all time favorite crisp.

Also Salt n Vinegar Rancheros were delicous - only ever saw them for about a week 4 or 5 years back but couldn't get enough of them.

I like all the usual suspects, but every time I'm in France I bring back as many packets of these as I can. Peanut flavoured and crunchy.

Maybe it's just a bad batch, but the Tayto crisp multi-packs have been awful lately. I don't know what has gone wrong in the manufacturing process, but the crisps are hard, lumpy and sometimes there's a big block of them stuck together

Walkers are manky in my opinion. Especially the Ready Salted variety. And the Cheese and Onion is rank, not a patch on Tayto. :P

Has anyone tried Bacon Rashers from Marks and Sparks? Oh my God- They are sooooo good! And they are a fairly big bag and get this- they only cost 69cent! Delicious!
