Cancelling NTL broadband

    Hi,
    We got NTL there recently and signed up to the 24month package for TV and broadband. I want cancel the broadband though as the cap is rubbish. Can I do this?

    The cap is published fairly well as far as I know. You should have seen it before you accepted the contract. I'd say contact customer services and see what they say about it. If it's only been a couple of days you may be able to stop the service under a cool-down period or something similar.
