Decent UI post 2.3 Patch

Anyone know of a good UI to use post 2.3 Patch. I was using MazzleUI but it broke big time after i patched. Someone suggested using the mirage UI to me, but i used wanted to get an idea of what UI's people are using before i start to learn how to use/customize a new UI all over again.

Just new myself but I'm hearing about using the cosmos UI is good. Anyone else swear by it?
