wifi trouble

im using a new mac with OSx10.5 leopard and cant for the life of me seen to get onto the page to allow me to sign into the wifi. any ideas, or does anyone know the web address of the page??

what college?
it should automatically pop up when you open up firefox/camino/safari.

it doesnt come up when i try any webpage but if i try to go to webct or squirrelmail it usually comes up...
