Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Does anyone here have a recommendation of a UK solicitor that can give me advise regarding a small claims action I am taking in the UK that has stalled because the defendant has dissolved his company to frustrate the claim but the small claims court has said that they cannot give me any advise and that I must speak to a solicitor.

If anyone (unlikely) has any similar experiences I would be grateful to hear them as there is £10,000 at play here.
