2nd car key for subaru forester and nissan almera

ive seen keys on ebay for these but as far as i can make out: u need to get a blank blade and get this cut to the original. the fob part can be gotten aswell but all this will do is open the car, it wont start engine. was in a key cutters in Galway recently and he said he could cut me a 2nd key for 40 eur approx. not sure…

i only have 1 key each for each of our cars. dealers are lookin for 180 for a 2nd key. there has to be a cheaper alternative.

i know the problem is reprogramming so key will work with immobiliser.

but 360 eur is a lot for 2 keys!

anyone come across another way around this problem?
