Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Meteor billpay upgrade

    Hi,

    Does anybody know what you need to qualify for a subsidised upgrade on meteor billpay. I have been with them almost 18months(but did take a 3month break) and I dont spend very much. Out of contract anyway, but i dont want to start breaking balls just yet.

    On the website it says I'm not entitled to an upgrade try back in a couple months(it has said this since day one).

    My understanding is that meteor upgrades are done every 12 months. The price you pay for a meteor upgrade (as with vodafone) is determined by your price plan as opposed to how much spend you have.
