Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Saw an add for it in the mirror the other day 'get in shape for your christmas dress'. Kid of suprised its over here already I know there was a big thing about Britney getting laser lipo in the states recently. theres supposedly little recover time and instant results?

    have to say its tempting!!

    I'd recommend a dose of exercise.crossfit. will work as long as you try to follow the nutrition plan too (look up daily and scale to your needs. Also, look at all the workout videos. the extra muscle gained will make light work of the fat (you won't get all "arnie" though)). if you lipo your ass you'll be back at the same stage in a few months, a few grand down and with ****-all to show for it. It's a cop out. Christmas is almost a month away, hop to it!

    There was a documentary on a while ago on cosmetic surgery and they did a bit on lipo (Loius Theroux I think) and it was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen. No way in hell I am allowing anyone near me to do something like that! Just hit the gym, if you stick to it you will see results fairly quickly.
