Love this bread and was just wondering health wise....is it good? Trying to loose a couple of pounds....but im a big sandwich man so would this be the best bread to use for a sandwich? Thanks

As bread goes, it's a good one. But if you want to lose weight, then I'd suggest that you take whatever you were planning to put in your sandwich, and eat it with a green salad instead. As far as I remember each slice of brown bread is around 70-80 calories. A green salad is around 20.
