I'm looking for some info on this. I googled a good bit but couldn't find anything basic enough! It seems that my discordance matrix is wrong because it's full of large numbers, meaning I can't eliminate any criteria. Anybody on here handy with this sort of thing?

rogers has a good book on it - I'm not sure if its the 'Highways Engineering' or 'Engineering Project Appraisal' as we used both, but one of them did - probably the latter one
