Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    After only two seasons, the guy takes a team of perennial under-achievers, brings them to the cusp of Champions League qualification, only to be denied by dodgy catering. That Summer, the board takes control of the clubs transfer dealings, bringing in a raft of mediocre youngsters without addressing the real weaknesses in the team. Club ends up tanking the first half of the Premier League season. Club then fires Jol and hires expensive mercenary to bail the club out.

    Fast forward a few weeks later, Spurs are still playing garbage, are 2-0 down at home, against a Danish outfit whom no-one has ever heard of.

    Can one of the mods delete this car crash of a thread? I'm cringing here for Raskolnikov. Poor lad will probably never post in the Soccer Forum again. Disaster.

    Oh I don't know. They can do amazing things in therapy these days. Six or seven months with a good analyst and he could be back to something approximating normality.
