Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi. First post on this forum.
At the start of November my fiance bought me a Nokia N95 for my birthday. As it was an upgrade, I went to the shop to get it myself. While there I changed my price plan (I was using an ancient one). I left with my shiny new phone and spent the last three weeks playing with it. On Wednesday I got my bill and when I opened it I nearly dropped. It was €417. When I read down through it, I saw that I was charged sums like€23 for 5.5mb downloads via isp (videos off tinytube0 and €15 for 3.7mb. That can't be right, can it?
That wasn't the worst part. I had a 500mb add on which was down as €205 before VAT. I freaked. I never asked for an add on, and had actually cancelled a text one I wasn't using. I got straight on to Customer Services and the girl said she'd speak to my local shop and ring me back before 7.30. She didn't. I got in from work at 4.30 in the morning and rang again. The guy was more helpful and said he'd cancelled the add on, but I would probably still have the full amount debited from my account and would probably get credited with the excess.
Yesterday I went online to see talk on different forums about the 500mb add ons costing €9.99. Neither operator mentioned this to me. I haven't heard back yet, but I'm extremely annoyed.
I don't want to start a Vodafone bashing thread as I've been a loyal customer for years and have never had any problems before.
Has anyone else ever had this problem? What should data cost per Mb normally? How did I get this add on unbeknowns to me and how did they come up with €205+VAt?:(

Think I've got it sorted. Third customer care guy said he was sending it to billing to be recalculated and I'd hear from them next week. Thanks for all your helpful replies:rolleyes::p:D
