Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Issue with UPS labels for XBOX shipping

    Hi all,

    Having recently encountered the RROD for the first time I am in the process of shipping of the 360 to germany.:(

    I contacted MS who sent me an email with a link to the labels for UPS; however, this link does not work, I just get an error code.:confused:

    Before I get back onto MS has anyone experienced this? Is it a settings issue with IE or something like that?

    I got the RROD last week and had no trouble with the labels. Did you try pasting the link into your browser ?

    What was the time spawn between you reporting your Xbox as faulty and you following the link MS sent you?

    I if remember the label only lasts for a week.

    Link tried a number of times including pasting

    the email only vame on Friday so no issue there

    I will contact them again

    At least you got one!

    I've been trying since Sunday to get them to send me a UPS shipping voucher.

    Initially a paper one and waiting for an e-mail one since Thursday morning :(
