    There is a new site that deals with consumer issues where you can either complain about or praise a company's customer service and it even has a response option for the company itself to respond.

    looks good and might be what we need to get better customer service.

    Big Brother is watching..........

    They'd need a cluster to handle that clusterf*ck. They should have a special site for complete wasters like them, Chorus, Dell Financial Services, Bank of Ireland, Sky, Dell, etc. Call it something like Don't Bother Posting About These W*ankers, We Know They're Rubbish. Um, dot com.
