USB Memory Sticks

I want to get one of these but don't really know much about them. I'm looking to get a 4GB one- what would be a reasonable price to pay and any particular brands that anyone would recommend?

They're extremely handy & except for some of the dodgy offers on eBay they're all pretty much the same.

One thing to bare in mind too is the physical size of the device, nice and slim is the way to go IMO because your access to the USB ports can be tight if other peripherals are already plugged in.
