    What does upload refer to in broadband stats? Email? And posts like this? How big would a post this size be in stats

    What I don't understand is the size of uploads such as this and email. Seem to have a high - to me- amount.

    Upload refers to any information uploaded from your computer. That is information which you send out.

    Any emails you send, posts you make, buttons you click, requests to load pages etc, files your send.
