Deer preperation DVD's

    Hi All

    I was thinking of getting a DVD on deer preperation from field dreeing to prepering the meat cuts.

    Anyone have any good suggestions?

    Was looking at "deer processing 101" oncabelas for $20.

    Any suggestion appreciated.
