Wonder can someone help me pls. Looking to register a trademark with the patents office and I'm thinking of doing it myself but just wondering if I am refused if I can later get a trademark agent to make a second application on my behalf.

You will probably get a better response if you post this question in the legal forum.

** It was in the legal section and got moved here. **

I would say ring a trademark and a patent firm and ask to speak to trademarks section and ask .?

Yes, if you fail with an application you can apply again with the assistance of a trade mark agent. However, you might be better off getting it done right the first time by using a trade mark agent, as you don't want to reapply after someone else has begun using (or filed an application for) the same trade mark - not a very likely occurrence but it can happen.
