Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi,
I have a wireless connection on my PC, I'm picking up a low signal strengh for free using a Belkin wireless setup.
I have set up a new broadband connection but it doesn't seem to connect using my wireless setup.
How do I get my Internet Explorer to connect to this wireless connection? My OS is Win XP.
I can usually figure these things out but have a mental block on this one:confused:
    Thanks

It should just use it automatically once the wireless is connected, as it would any local area network connection, there's no fancy set up involved :)

What page appears when you open IE?

I select the broadband connection to connect with and it says it's 'dialing'. Straight away I'm thinking it shouldn't be dialing as this is a wireless connection.
I think it's says then 'could not connect through port' (something like that I'm not at home at the mo)
In your reply there you mentioned "local area network".
I'm thinking maybe my connection should be set up as a "local area network" connection instead?

    Yup, indeed it should :)
Just set it to never dial a connection should do!
