Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have you thought about getting a bluetooth car stereo from Lidl or Aldi? I got one from Lidl a while back and it works great. They seem to have them fairly regularly.

    Thanks Guys .

Wheres the Microphone , is it on the stero unit or has the one on the phone to be used. is it good quality using it as a handsfree phone. I used to have a handsfree speaker unit that plugged into the cigarette lighter in the car and people said it sounded like i was really far away from it , so i had to scrap it

I have the parrot MK6100, and its a great car kit.
I got it mainly so I could listen to the music from my phone through the car speakers.

Just make sure that you get the external microphone with it, the first batch didnt have one and the sound wasnt great, Parrot sent me out one and I wired it up and the sound quality for the other person is way better.
You need an external microphone that you can put on in the headliner of your car on on the dashboard near you if your driving on irish roads !!!

Dont believe a company if they say they have some DSP that can cancel out noise with a little microphone in the carhead unit.
