Extending my wireless

Alright lads looking to extending my wireless network at home. Not looking to go miles or anything just so it reaches the end of the house. My zyxel wireless router doesn't seem to go much further than 50feet or so. Is there any easy way of extending the range without messing too much with the current setup??
