    just wondering is it only mods that can place a new thread in the ideas for new forums caus ei dont seem to be able to start a new one in there.

    Nope you should be able to start a thread in most areas. New forum ideas go under Sys->Forums.

    i can post new thread in all other forums but there is no new thread button in the new forums section.

    Odd, try clearing the internet files and cookies on your browser and trying again or as a work around for the time being, try clicking here. That is a link to start a new thread in Forums.

    thanks for the link ruu.tried deleting all the temp files but made no difference.will post now anyway.
