Best/Worst OZ Characters?

Just finished all 6 season, top notch show.

Top 5 Fave

1.Beecher. It's his story from day 1 that shows how prison can shape a man
2.Ryan O Reily. He Got **** DONE
3.Bob.He talks to god, nuff said
4.Hill. Great narrator
5.Peter Marie/Mcmanus both striving to do the right thing

1.Schillenger. Nazi rapist madman

Vern had all the best lines.

I liked Beecher. He was so relatable. He was a psycho but was capable of being a decent man in prison.

Hill did his best to stay a decent person without compromising his morals.

O'Reilly. Legend. His love for Cyril humanized him,

Cyril- affectionate sometimes violent man-child

Alvarez- he tried to do good he really did.

McManus-I see a lot of myself in that man.
Marie-Mukada- tried to help the inmates



I hated Wangler, his bullying of Tarrant was awful
Adebisi was a nutcase, he was incredibly camp sometimes, or else just odd. Anyone remember the scene when he's sitting outside his pod, dressed in orange playing a banjo thing?
My least favorite- Devlin. The little knob.
Wolfgang Cutlet-SPOON RAPE!!!!!

The thing about Oz is that it humanized nearly everyone. Even Schillinger was shown to love his sons

That little prick Devlin was by far the most irritating character. I loved Omar White. The little skinny guy who killed him and Said pissed me off. Keller had some great lines, but you could never tell with that guy.
I loved Kenny Wangler too. He was funny as hell in Oz and he's great in the Wire too (I'm only 8 episodes into the first season of the Wire, but dare I say, its better than Oz :eek:)

Oz had so many great characters, I'll think of more at work!

I have only seen the first 3 series so far. Oz is great although was a bit disappointed with the 3rd series.

Adebisi was my favourite by a mile. Bloody great character. Absolute Loon.

Schillinger and Officer Claire Howell were two characters that you just wanted to see them getting a severe beating.

Disliked Wangler and Alverez, their screen presence just annoyed me.

Beecher definately needs a mention too. Superb acting!

I put Schillenger in my most hated as he;s so good in it, I believe he really is evil!!! He had some great lines. My fave line in the show is where the Nazi Robson gets a black mans gums, O Reily roars it out in the Cafe 'Everyone, Robson here has gone and got himself a pair of Ghetto Gum's':D:D

Berr Redding's walk deserves a mention as well;)

I loved when Beecher circumcised Robson with his teeth.

I always hated Beecher,never had any sympathy for the whiney arsehole.
Ryan O'Reilly is probably my favourite charachter along with Schillinger,Adebisi,Omar White.
