    Folks,

    Anyone know where the astro turf pitches are in Galway?
    I need to start calling them to organise soccer for the crew at work.

    There's one in Oranmore. That's about all I can think of in the county anyway.

    thre is one in newbridge ballinsole. the local theam is the shivn rovers.

    Ya there is one in newbridge ballinasloe,.. And ya the local team is Shiven Rovers.. I used to work for the architectural firm that designed the astro turf pitch as well as the stand...

    Astroturf is being laid as I speak, and a fullsize soccer pitch will be completed in 1 weeks time...

    And not to mention the one in Belclare which seems to be very well used. If I am not mistaken, this is the one which was rejected by Tuam. Nothing like forward thinking.
