Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Yep.. having just started 'Life On Mars' and absolutely loving it.

Heard about this follow-up recently enough too.

And we have the US remake with Colm Meaney as DCI Hunt (best casting ever!) next September i think.

Take it from me, this time next year you'll all be saying "Fire up the Quattro!"

I'm not sure if they'll be able to repeat the success but it does star Keeley Hawes. Spooks was never the same after she left :(

Thought Life On Mars when downhill big-time during the second series. Will keep an eye out on this one though.

Sounds like the Father Ted remake thing. Since the writers are on strike, American networks are buying up british shows, scripts and characters lock, stock, so that they can remake them
    without professional writers.

Not sure US remake will appeal to me personally, just won't be the same imo.

Not what you mean, but I'm sure they will give it a go.

Do like Keeley Hawes, don't know if I agree with you re Spooks not being the same, but kind of see where you are coming from.

Next weeks Spooks by the way is an episode not to miss imo, if you have not already seen it on BBC 3.
