Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

SE W300 firmware

    hi,

    does anyone know of a website which has the firmware for a Sony Ericsson W300 for download? have a dead phone (white flashing screen on startup up) and any info ive come across suggested flashing the phone will repair it. it is out of warranty now but was previously repaired by SE for the same problem. i have used some or other program to flash the CS to no avail. already tried using the SE update service but that just keeps freezing at 87% and the screen comes on and stays white. would the phone still be covered under any laws (7yrs or something for electronics???)

    SE warranty is two years since november 2005. You need to download a bit of software called the sonyericsson update service.

    thanks for the info guys. its the OH's phone so will check the dates. it should still be covered though as i think it was around sept last year it was bought.
    as i said neilled i have already tried the update service
