Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi guys,
I have a distribution list saved in Address Book => Contacts (From a global address book here in the college)

So if I want to e-mail this group I just send to this distribution list.

Being the eejit that I am I accidently deleted this distribution list (D'oh). Luckily I saved the actual file before, it's saved as a .msg

For the life of me I can't get it back into my 'Contacts' in the address book. I've tried everything I can think of - Has anyone got any ideas?? When I double click on the .msg the distribution list appears fine with all the contacts, when I click 'Save' or 'Save and close' nothing seems to happen - either that or it's not saving to where I want it to

Im guessing its an exchange account? - Maybe try to find the shared contacts if it is in a public shared folder then "add to favourites".
