    You can send a complaint through the National Consumer Agency at www.consumerconnect.ie or you can call on 1890 432 432

    These are the guys to deal with. I reported an ad to them about a year ago, they kept in regular touch with me and notified me of all proceedings relating to my complaint. Finally my complaint was upheld.
