Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Another speeding fine/ summons question!

    Hi,
I have just read through some of the previous queries but I am still a bit lost as I have no experience of legal proceedings.
Anyway, the situation is I was pulled over for speeding a number of months ago and until just recently when I was served with a summons to appear in court I heard nothing else regarding the matter. I informed the garda involved that I did receive any fine, letter or any kind of notification in the post. It seems they made a mistake and left out a line of my address so it never arrived. I asked whether the fine could be issued to my correct address and we can take care of it without going to court, but they informed me that it is in the system and it will have to be put before a judge.
    Do I need a solicitor? Any suggestions?
