I would like to buy a table for my computer (it could be an office table or a normal table, I don't mind), but I don't know any cheap shop in Galway, just Argos.

Do you know any cheap furniture shops?

    Thanks in advance :-)

Try Woodies,Atlantic Homecare and B&Q.Specialist Furniture shops can be a bit more pricey.
TBH il never buy flatpack furniture again in Argos, it was OK a few years ago now its terrible wobbly rubbish.
If your buying anything flatpack at least try to see one already built.

There is a second hand furniture shop on Merchants Rd, is that it?

it's the St. Vincent De Paul shop? that's on Merchants road anyways so we must be on about the same thing. it does more than just furniture though.

What about the second hand furniture place on Dominick St./Sea Road/Munster Ave junction - across from the Blue Note?

B&Q have a corner one measuring 1000x1000x746mm (746 is height!) for €123, with a booster thing that'll sit on top of it for another €73 (900x900x210mm).

I've been looking for office furniture over the last few days; liked that desk, but couldn't get a decent tall shelving unit! Hence having the desk specs to hand...

I was in Atlantic homecare yesterday, they have a selection of reasonably priced computer desks..
