Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi

I recently had my car stolen from the underground car park where I live. Second one in Three months. There was a security guard placed on duty that night for a shift due to start at 11pm and finish at 7am. This security company was hired by the management company who run the complex. They were hired as cars had been broken into earlier that week.

Anyway reported the crime and asked the management company for cc tv footage. Having looked at this you can see:

    1. The security guard leaving at 1.45am
    2. My car being stolen at 6am

So he left his post. If he had been there my car would still be there. As I have a contract with the management committee and pay them (this extra security is charged) 1550 a year, do I have a case for negligence, or is my case with the security company.?

    Thanks
